Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online. Tic Toc will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please include your (I-#####) along with a brief description of your issue. We do not offer store credit for any reason, including for returns or exchanges.
Returns
All sale item purchases are final, no exceptions. For all non-sale items, returns must be made within 14 days of arrival accompanied by the original packing slip in new/unworn condition. Please contact [email protected] for all order and return inquiries. We will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please include your (I-#####) along with a brief description of your issue. Return shipping is non-refundable.
